Local & Green
Today, in season, menu decisions are often driven by what local farmers are harvesting that day. We host local farmer events to help us work even more closely with local growers. Today it is not uncommon to find local lamb sausage, cheese, ham, eggs, beef, chicken, sausage, and all kinds of picked that day produce on our menus.
Compact florescent lighting & high tech hand washers are just the most visible signs of our green commitment. We recycle everything, buy local when we can, we even give use cooking oil to local farmers for their tractors.
