Fire Works' menu decisions are often driven by what local farmers are harvesting that day. It is not uncommon to find local lamb and pork sausage, cheese, ham, mushrooms and all kinds of picked that day produce on our menus.

We are participants in Loudoun's Farm to Fork event each year and always look forward to creating a menu that will showcase just what these great growers can produce!
